Below are prices for commonly stored items. We have a two-month minimum. An additional 8.25% sales tax is added to all rates. All transactions (new business or adding spaces) include a $65 administration fee.

New business customers must pay the first and last month's rent up front, in cash, Cash App or Zelle. You are NOT paying a deposit, you are paying the first and last month's rent. When you vacate a space, if you give 30-day written notice, you do not have to pay your last month's rent. If written notice is not received, you are responsible for that month's rent. There are NO refunds when you vacate a space. We DO NOT prorate the month. You pay for the entire month regardless of the date you move in.
